Brief Description

The Office for the Defence of Indigenous Women has introduced a diploma course entitled “The rights and citizenship of indigenous women”, as part of its training activities. The course includes a module on human rights law, women's rights and the legislation on femicide and other forms of violence against women and provides information on available support mechanisms and complaints procedures. It is mainly held in the 12 regional branches of the Office.
